Course Registration:
Registrations will be accepted on a first come, fist serve basis to all courses unless otherwise stated. To register download the relevant registration form and fax the completed form to our office
at (780) 459-0746. A PDF reader is needed to view the registration form. If you are unable to view the registration form, contact our office at 1-800-661-4591. Registrations will be taken up to ten (10)
business days prior to the course date.

For in-house
courses, Stuart Hunt & Associates accepts
VISA or MasterCard for
payment. Payment must be received
before course registration is confirmed.
Cancellations:
Stuart Hunt & Associates Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a course date if the minimum number of participants fail to register. A cancellation fee of 50%
of the course fee will be applied to participants who cancel their registration within ten (10)
business days of their course date. Participants who do not attend the course, and do not cancel their registration, will be invoiced the full course fee. Substitutions are accepted.
Changing the course date is permitted
without a cancellation fee if the change
is made prior to ten (10) business days
of the confirmed course date.

This course examines the role of the RSO
for licenses using sealed
sources of radioactivity
(radiography excepted) and the radiation safety, administration and regulatory skills needed to effectively carry out this position.
Course Length:
Each day will start at 8:30 am and conclude at no later than 4:30 pm. One hour is scheduled for lunch.
Lunch will be provided on the final course
day.

Instructor:
Instruction for the course will be delivered by Stuart E.H. Hunt, C.R.S.P., Principal Consultant at Stuart Hunt & Associates Ltd. In addition to twenty years as the Principal Consultant for Stuart Hunt & Associates, Mr. Hunt spent seventeen years as the RSO for the University of Alberta.
What to bring:
A calculator capable of handling exponents will be required. Some basic algebra skills are also required to handle some of the equations presented during the course.
