Transducer Thermal Management System
The Transducer Thermal Management System from Echo Ultrasonics, available through Stuart Hunt & Associates in Canada, protects ultrasonic transducers and technician hands during high-temperature inspections. The Cool Hand™ Housing reduces heat transfer to the transducer and technician, providing up to three times the radiant cooling and half the thermal conduction compared to standard housings. The Port Extension Wand allows safe access to ports while distancing the inspector’s hands from hot surfaces.
Designed for tool-free installation, these thermal management tools snap on and off easily and are compatible with Evident D790, Sensor Networks DHT-400, E58D1, and IoniX HS582i transducers. Reusable and durable, they enhance safety, efficiency, and lifespan of your ultrasonic testing equipment.
