InstroTek's International Distributors Meeting 2026
September 18, 2026
A Sneak Peek at What's Next from InstroTek
Stuart Hunt & Associates has long been proud to serve as InstroTek's trusted distributor in Canada, bringing industry-leading materials testing equipment and support to engineers, technicians, and construction professionals from coast to coast. This month, that partnership took center stage as our team travelled to InstroTek's headquarters in Raleigh, NC, for the company's International Distributors Meeting.

Over three days, President Sean Hunt and the Portable Nuclear Gauge team joined distributors and partners representing six countries for a packed agenda of technical sessions, product previews, and strategic discussions shaping the future of materials testing equipment. It was a rare opportunity to connect face-to-face with InstroTek's global network, exchange ideas with peers tackling similar challenges in the field, and see firsthand the innovation driving the next generation of testing technology.
A Culture Built on Listening

"InstroTek's team is as knowledgeable as they are responsive," said Richard Campbell. "Their commitment to customer support is what sets them apart."
One theme stood out above the rest: InstroTek's genuine commitment to listening. Throughout the conference, it was clear that distributor and customer feedback isn't just collected — it's put into action. Among the highlights was an early look at new equipment, including updates to existing product lines and new technology still to be formally announced. These innovations are designed to give field crews easier access to their data and greater flexibility in how they manage it.

Why this matters for our customers
For engineers, technicians, and QC/QA teams across Canada, this kind of investment translates into real, practical gains in the field: faster data access, more accurate documentation, and equipment designed around how testing actually happens on job sites — not just in a lab. When a manufacturer listens this closely to feedback, the result is equipment that fits real workflows, rather than forcing crews to adapt around it.
It is also a reminder of what comes standard with every InstroTek, Inc. purchase through Stuart Hunt & Associates: decades of expertise in nuclear and non-nuclear instrumentation, a consistent track record of product refinement, and a support structure that stands behind the equipment long after it leaves the warehouse.
Bringing it home to Canada
As InstroTek's authorized distributor in Canada, Stuart Hunt & Associates is proud to serve as the bridge between this kind of global innovation and the professionals who rely on it in the field every single day. Our role doesn't end at the sale — it means ensuring Canadian customers have the training, certified service, and ongoing support needed to get the most out of new technology as soon as it becomes available here.
We're excited about what's coming, including news on the ThinPave line and other new equipment InstroTek will be unveiling in the days ahead. As always, we'll make sure our Canadian customers are among the first to know. Stay tuned!
