Notice to Our Customers Using Troxler Plus/Enhanced

Effective immediately: Due to manufacturer restrictions, Stuart Hunt & Associates is no longer able to calibrate Troxler 3430 Plus and 3440 Plus models (triangular index/source rod style). Please read below for details and available options.

We would like to share an important update regarding the Troxler 3430 Plus and 3440 Plus models — specifically, those that utilize the triangular index/source rod style.

Recently, Troxler has stopped allowing non-Troxler dealers to purchase the software keys required to perform calibration on these models. Unfortunately, this means that Stuart Hunt & Associates is no longer able to calibrate Troxler Plus and Enhanced gauges.

Going forward, only authorized Troxler dealers will be able to provide service and calibration for these models. We understand this change is frustrating, and we want to emphasize that this decision is entirely controlled by Troxler, not by Stuart Hunt & Associates.

As an alternative, we’re pleased to offer a conversion kit that allows you to transform your Plus model gauge into a regular Troxler gauge. Once converted, your unit can continue to be serviced and calibrated by our team without interruption.

In addition, this conversion enables you to download constants to your gauge, ensuring it remains fully functional and compatible with our standard calibration process.
