Cylinder Mold Vibrating Table Apparatus

This equipment is designed for creating roller-compacted concrete in cylinder molds using a vibrating table. This method is particularly useful when standard procedures, such as rodding and internal vibration, are not feasible. 

The unit consists of a vibrating table that can be securely bolted to the floor or a sturdy base slab. It features a swing arm with a guide sleeve for a 20 lb (9 kg) surcharge weight, which can swing out of the way when filling the mold. This design allows for easy placement of the weight on top of the specimen in the mold prior to vibration.

The test mold measures 6 inches by 12 inches and conforms to ASTM standards. It is securely locked in place on the base of the unit during the testing process.
