Echo Ultrasonics Forever Wedge Couplant™

Forever Wedge Ultrasonic Couplant is a high-viscosity, long-term coupling solution designed for phased array, angle beam wedges, and delay line applications. Engineered to provide permanent, stable acoustic coupling, it eliminates the need for frequent recoupling and ensures consistent, reproducible inspection results over the life of the probe or wedge.

Unlike traditional couplants, Forever Wedge will not dry, run, leach, dissolve in water, or evaporate. It remains securely in place for months or years until intentionally removed, without hardening or bonding to the wedge. This makes it ideal for critical inspections where reliability, repeatability, and reduced downtime are essential.

Forever Wedge Couplant is impervious to water, heat, and light, offering long-term performance in demanding inspection environments while remaining easy to remove when needed. It solves wedge coupling issues once — for the life of the wedge.
