Echo Ultrasonics EchoTherm Discs

EchoTherm Discs are high-temperature solid ultrasonic couplants designed for inspections above 700˚F (370˚C), where traditional liquid or paste couplants may vaporize too quickly. Their solid form ensures consistent coupling performance even on rough surfaces, tight curvature parts, or ports where liquid couplants are difficult to maintain.

These discs are ideal for applications that require optimized sound transmission and reduced surface acoustic noise, providing reliable ultrasonic readings under extreme conditions. EchoTherm Discs are easy to handle, durable, and ensure consistent performance in high-temperature industrial inspections where precision and stability are critical.
