Echo Ultrasonics Echo 6 HT™
Echo 6 HT™ is a low-cost, silicone-based high-temperature ultrasonic couplant designed to replace plant-based oils such as peanut, canola, or mineral oils. Its slow-drying, low-viscosity formulation provides reliable ultrasonic coupling while leaving no residue, forming no film or varnish, and avoiding gumming up bearings or equipment.
Ideal for mechanical AUT equipment, Echo 6 HT™ also provides long-term lubricity and excellent corrosion inhibition on ferrous metals. It maintains a stable viscosity across a broad operating range and is compatible with all metals and most plastics, ensuring safe and effective inspections in high-temperature applications.
