EchoFLOW™ Fluid

EchoFLOW™ is an AUT fluid ultrasonic couplant engineered for reliable performance in both extreme cold and warm inspection environments. Designed for automated ultrasonic testing systems, EchoFLOW™ remains fully pumpable down to -40°F (-40°C) and will not boil or evaporate on hot surfaces up to 240°F (115°C).

With high acoustic impedance, EchoFLOW™ improves signal transmission while reducing surface noise on rough surfaces and highly attenuating materials. This makes it especially effective for high-frequency inspections (10 MHz and above) where signal clarity is critical.

EchoFLOW™ is a low-viscosity, non-toxic fluid that will not harden on equipment and is compatible with plastics. Its safety-focused formulation makes it suitable for environmentally sensitive and regulated locations, including use on Alaska’s Arctic Tundra.
